  3. Benefits are paid in excess of all other valid and collectible insurance or indemnity (except Trip Protection Choice’s Emergency Accident & Sickness Medical Expense and Medical Evacuation & Repatriation of Remains) or as required by state law.
  4. The plan’s exclusion for pre-existing conditions will be waived if you buy the plan within 20 days of the date your initial trip payment or deposit is received. If you provide $0 as your trip cost, there is no coverage for pre-existing conditions. See plan document for additional requirements.
